I'm Krista Pereira, a Functional Medicine Nutritionist and the founder of Symbiosis Wellness.

I help children and adults uncover the root causes behind chronic health concerns using a personalized, root-cause approach to functional medicine nutrition. Rather than chasing symptoms, I take time to understand your story, connect the dots, and identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms — so we can resolve them.
