Why We Work in Programs

In order to see lasting changes, we need to fully say “YES” to our own healing. During my own health journey, I spent over a decade—and tens of thousands of dollars—on one-off appointments with incredible practitioners. While each visit offered valuable pieces of the puzzle, I found myself following protocols for a few weeks before life got busy, symptoms shifted, or I simply didn’t know what the next step should be. It became a cycle of starting and stopping rather than making lasting progress.

I realized that true healing from complex chronic health conditions requires more than “one off” appointments. Whether you or you child are struggling with digestive issues, Chronic Fatigue, autoimmunity, mold illness, hormone imbalances, Tickborne Illness, ADHD, anxiety, chronic infections, or unexplained symptoms - lasting change takes time, investigation, and ongoing support. Finally, I committed to walking through my own healing exactly the way I now guide my clients.

I completed comprehensive functional laboratory testing, uncovered the root causes contributing to my symptoms, and worked through each layer with consistency. Three months later, my SIBO had resolved. My Hashimoto’s was in remission. My hormones were balanced. My fatigue and chronic migraines were gone, and I had more energy than I had experienced in years.

That experience completely changed how I practice. I knew I no longer wanted to offer isolated appointments where clients were left wondering what to do next.

Today, in practice, I provide the guidance, accountability, education, and clinical support needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Every program is designed to help uncover the root causes of chronic health concerns through comprehensive assessment, advanced functional lab interpretation, personalized nutrition, and ongoing partnership.

Because healing is rarely linear. As your body changes, your plan should change too. That’s why we continue evaluating progress, adjusting recommendations, and building on each success together.
