Why I only work in programs?

It is a bit of a “no brainer” to me now that in order to see lasting changes, we need to fully say “YES” to our own healing. During my own healing journey, I spent over a decade and tens of thousands of dollars on “one off” appointments with amazing practitioners but with very short lived results. Admittedly, I was also that patient who would take a protocol for a week (at most) and then start to slack and then completely forget. Rinse and repeat! I was busy raising kids and working full time and I wasn’t giving myself permission to go deeper into my own healing.

Finally, I decided to walk myself through my own program. I drew it out just like I would for a client, ran all the tests that I would normally recommend and I asked a dear friend to let me check in with her on the accountability piece. 3 months into the program, my SIBO was gone. My Hashimoto’s was in remission! My hormones were balanced! No more constant migraines and unlimited amounts of energy! I knew after this, I was done with doing “one off” appointments.
